Ack! I forgot to post! We have parent/teacher conferences today, and I haven’t been going to sleep early enough lately, so last night I was fussing about going to bed, and stayed up too late, then forgot to post.
We have a snack break in the morning at school. I’ve been eating peanuts. Whenever I eat peanuts, I like to bite the tiny plant part out of the main peanut before I eat the rest. I think it reminds me of my nail-biting days.

You eat the elf out of the peanut?! That seems wrong to me somehow…
But glad to see you can snack on peanuts at school. We’ve all been afraid to even bring PBJ sandwiches because the students who are actually coming to school eat in the classroom and, though a few peanut allergies are known, heaven forbid an unknown allergy suffers under our watch.
