When I started the toothpaste category on Bradaptation, I was searching for something that didn’t have saccharin, sucralose, or aspartame. It was a difficult task. But now that I’ve found a brand that works, I feel strangely empty. It used to be an adventure when I opened a new tube of toothpaste. Now it has become mundane.
Last night I opened a new tube of Tom’s of Maine Orange-Mango gel. It tastes great, is sweetened with xylitol, and leaves my mouth feeling fresh. But in spite of its wonderful burny-orange flavor, I’m not so excited about it.
I think I will begin a search for a new brand. Tom’s will be my first love and I will always have it in my rotation, but I want to find a new brand… a new formula…
My search resumes.
How nice that the yellow-color of the tube matches your cat’s crazy eyes.
I love that you’re embarking on a new adventure. And I really, really love that you found a way to integrate sweet Max into the picture of your toothpaste!
Feeling empty & unfulfilled with your current toothpaste … well this looks worth a try:

Hi Max!! Whatcha doing little guy … just look at you … you so cute …(said in tiny little pet talking voice)
I’m completely sure that Brad’s next toothpaste will be coming from the Indian Market. Completely.
Brush your teeth with straight curry! Or clove oil! Or…. hmm.. I’m out.
Hi Max!
I don’t care if Max is a hostile model…so is Naomi Campbell. Get over it Max, you diva!
Maybe if he stopped doing coke his mood would improve.
But it’s the only way he can stay thin. The wrinkly, naked cat modeling business is really cutthroat.
Have you tried this one yet?
