Velvet and Ice

School was a half day yesterday because our spring break starts this weekend. Woo hoo! Spring break!

I got home earlier than usual, so I had a little more daylight to work with. I enjoyed some time on my lanai. My velvet leaf philodendron is growing nicely. It was kind of scraggly when I got it. Now it has developed some good rooting vines and some beautiful leaves:

I have some guests from Nebraska right now. So fun! Lynne, Deb, and Paul are visiting. In the afternoon, we went to Ululanis for shave ice. It was delighful.

You are the Healer of Plants! Look at that healthy specimen!

I can’t decide to be happy that you are hosting people or angry that you are taking such a significant portion of our population away. I’ll go with the former. 🙂 Enjoy your break!
