Happy Birthday to Denis! Woo hoo! He doesn’t comment, but he’s a lurker here.
After a wonderful Easter church service, I had a laid back day. I did a little cleaning and a little cooking. I was invited to have dinner with Megan, Liz, and Grace. Their friend Jackson was there too. It was delicious!

I made my mom’s lemon pudding recipe. I made it in little disposable loaf pans because I didn’t have enough glass dishes. It was interesting. There was more of the cakey layer, and less of the pudding layer. I think I prefer a little more pudding. It sure was nice to not have to worry about cleaning the dishes though.

After dinner, we played Scattergories. It was fun, but I wasn’t very good at it.

What a great Easter! It was fun to eat with people, and even more fun to get to know my coworkers a little better.
What a delightful celebration! That was brilliant to use the loaf pans – no worries about breaking dishes during transport, either.
Happy Birthday, Denis!
