Our school meetings have started. Tuesday was our “retreat” day, which is an all-staff all-day devotion and bonding time. It was led by a couple whose family owns and runs a vineyard. They had great insights on the “vine and branches” metaphor.
Yesterday was an all-faculty meeting. We got a lot of nuts-and-bolts stuff done.
Today there is some computer training in the morning, then I’ll be going to the dentist for some kind of extensive work. I’m not looking forward to it, but I know it means things will be better later. Prayers are appreciated…

Definitely praying about your dental visit. Will you take some medication beforehand to head off the soreness?
