I love teaching. I wouldn’t do it if I didn’t enjoy it. I’d work at a garden center instead. Or I’d be a waiter in a fancy restaurant. But I’m a teacher. And I love it. But lately my job has been like one of those amusement park rides where you’re riding along having fun, then you speed up a little too fast and it has become 90% fun and 10% scary. The deadlines for each task seem too close together. Once I make a deadline, another one comes along just a bit too quickly. My fun ride has gotten a little scary. I hope it slows down again so I can enjoy the ride without the nervous laughter.
Hey, we can see where your ink ran out!
I’m sorry for this terrible part of the ride. Don’t throw up if at all possible, okay?
How quaint that you grade by making physical marks on dead trees. Are you a history teacher?
90% fun & 10% scary is an awesome ratio … for anything!!
Probably not the ratio for those students only getting 3’s.
Is that a tear on your camers lens? From your nervous laughing/crying fit?
4 1/2 weeks, Brad. You. Can. Make it!
