On the night before my exercise days, I pack my bag before going to bed. It doesn’t take very long, so I could just do it before I leave, but it helps me to have one less thing to do in the morning.
I’ve had a hard time getting out of bed lately. It’s like I feel that if I don’t get up, I won’t have to face the day. It makes me so sluggish. And short on time in the morning.
Maybe I’m just taking extra-long to get into my school routine. My work there isn’t automatic yet. There’s sort of a hectic feel to things still. I love routine though, so this is just the thing for me. I’ll be glad when I’ve settled into it.
Good for you for still doing the things that keep you going! You are still exercising, which is so admirable. Setting things out ahead of time seems like a brilliant idea. I might need to start doing that. (Says Lauren, who didn’t take her phone off of ‘silent’, overslept, and is now scurrying around to get ready. *sigh*)
