Last night was youth group night at my church. A lot of kids come to it, and they needed some more men to be small group leaders, so I volunteered.
Last night was a “giving thanks” theme. The kids played a little, then had a “Thanksgiving” meal, then small group Bible study, and then went home. Our deaconess organized it, and she did such a good job with the scheduling. We did each activity for just the right amount of time. It went so well.
I did stay out later than usual though, so I didn’t sleep as much last night. Hopefully I can catch up tonight, or over the weekend.
I forgot to take any pictures. All I have is a picture of the board we wrote on for Bible study. It has things we’re thankful for, and things we prayed for.
You are so busy! This is yet one more example of your healthy church community, and that is wonderful! I hope you are rested enough now. 🙂

Hehe… good eye. We talked about how everything good comes from God. I had them write one “silly” thing they are thankful for, and one “serious” thing. I started the “silly” ones by writing mine: milk 🙂
