Yesterday was a day off of school. I was going to do so many projects in my house. I had a list of things, but was most excited to paint the living room. I have a color picked out and everything.
And then I didn’t do anything.
In the afternoon, I at least got out of the house. I went to the mall. And guess what I found on the clearance rack:
Overalls! Ha! They were only thirty dollars. I had to get them. I know I can wear them at least once a year at our school’s Country Fair celebration in the fall, where all participants are encouraged to wear country garb. And who knows what other opportunities will present themselves?
Perfect! Plus, you’ve got some fine painting garb now, too. Alternately – snack pants! So many pockets for snacks!
