The thirteen hour flight was mostly uneventful. We boarded in the beautiful airport with shiny floors:
There was a screen that gave flight stats. When we first got on, there wasn’t much to see.
But check out this leg room! Woo hoo! We were right at the door. So much room!
I watched Dune and The Bucket List, then the display looked like this:
I watched the first hobbit movie, and then it looked like this:
The rest of the flight, my legs were pretty restless. I was glad for the extra legroom. I did stand up and walk to the bathroom a few times though. By the time we were landing at 6:00pm LA time, it was 3am Barcelona time. Ouch.
I had a glass of milk to settle my stomach, then went to bed. I think (I hope) the adjustment back to this time zone will be easier than the adjustment the other way.

Your flight accommodations look so luxurious! That is awesome that you had room to stretch out – perfect for you! I am glad that you were able to move around, and that you had some distractions during the flight. Whew!
Now, rest a bunch today, right?
