I was off for Presidents Day yesterday. It was wonderful! I fully intended to paint my bedroom, but first I slept in. Then I went to a diner for breakfast. (This is the only picture I took yesterday, so I’ll post it)
Then I went to Home Depot to get the paint. I spent a lot of time walking around the garden center. ahhhh…. plants….
When I got home, I sat down on the couch for a moment and fell asleep.
I finally got to painting at 3pm. I didn’t finish before I had to eat and exercise. I did get most of the cutting in done though, so that’s good. Next weekend, I can just do the roller stuff and I’m done! Woo hoo!
Wow – sleeping in, good food, a trip out that involved plants, a nap, work, food, exercise – it sounds like the most full/restful/productive day ever!
That’s a nice rainy picture. I hope you paint can dry in that weather. 😉
