About a month ago, I had a lump in my shoulder checked out by the doctor. He thought it was a lipoma (a fat lump), but he wasn’t sure. I went to a surgeon, who thought it was a lipoma, and he was pretty sure. I could leave it alone, or take it out. I opted for the latter.
Yesterday, I had it out. I went to the surgeon’s office, he gave me about four shots of anesthetic, then started cutting. I didn’t feel pain at all. I felt the pressure, which was a little weird, but it didn’t gross me out nearly as much as the first time did.
While he was working, the surgeon said the fat was coming out in pieces. I couldn’t see it because he had me lying face down. When everything was over, he quickly rolled it all up into a bundle and threw it away. I didn’t even get a picture. 🙁 He said he had done this procedure a thousand times and he was sure it was fat, so it didn’t need to be sent to the lab.
Being at the hospital was kind of fun. There were so many people rushing around. I had lunch there. On the way back to my car, I took the skywalk. While I was on it, I thought I should be called Brad Skywalker. Ha!
[OK then, Brad Skywalker, did the doctor use a light saber on you? Did any of his assistants look like any Star Wars characters? Was the doctor even a he?]

Personally, I think what you’re doing is cheating. The rest of the world has to diet and exercise – we don’t have the luxury of lipo
