After church yesterday, Brent, Sandra, and I headed for Lahaina. Well, first we ate a Whole Foods lunch and took a nap. But after the nap, we went to Lahaina.
We strolled Front Street, did some souvenir shopping, looked at the banyan tree, then headed to Cheeseburger in Paradise, because I had a gift card for it. I got the card a while back, and hadn’t been able to use it because of covid. I had since forgotten which student gave it to me. But thank you, kind student who gave me the card! We had a lovely dinner.
We waited for more than an hour for our table, but it was okay because we had had a large lunch and it gave us time to work up an appetite. We also had time to watch the sunset. It was beautiful.
Gorgeous! What a lovely time to spend together. (Plus, I knew some of those places!) So glad you are having this time together. 🙂
